1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using the laundry services provided by Cornerstone Solutions, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Area & Scheduling

We service Sylvester, GA and surrounding areas. Pickup is included within 15 miles; addresses between 16–25 miles are subject to a $15 travel fee, and 26–35 miles a $25 travel fee. Pickup days are Monday through Saturday. Items are typically returned within 24–48 hours, but turnaround may vary based on volume, weather, or holidays.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on the bag tier, add-ons, and any service upgrades selected at booking.
  • We accept Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due at pickup or delivery unless otherwise arranged.
  • Subscription customers are billed according to their selected plan cadence.
  • Quoted prices may change if the actual load size, contents, or services differ from what was booked.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal items (cash, jewelry, electronics, IDs) from pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in garments.
  • Disclose stains, allergies, fabric sensitivities, or special handling needs at booking.
  • Ensure items are accessible for pickup at the scheduled time and address.
  • Pet hair removal is offered by request and may incur an additional fee.

5. Care, Damage & Lost Items

We handle every garment with care, but laundering carries inherent risk. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, undisclosed fabric sensitivities, or items mislabeled by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event of a verified loss or damage caused by us, our liability is limited to ten (10) times the cost of the cleaning service for the affected item, not to exceed $100 per item, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Unclaimed Items

If we are unable to deliver your order due to repeated missed appointments or non-payment, items must be claimed within 60 days. Unclaimed items after 60 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations or missed pickups may incur a trip fee.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the cadence selected (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled pickup.

9. Gift Cards & Referrals

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Referral credits are issued only after the referred customer completes their first paid order. Credits cannot be combined with certain promotions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Worth County, Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
